Half-way through the year again?! It’s hard to get excited about fall styles when it’s 90 degrees and sunny outside, but Nordstrom manages to hype me up anyways. The Anniversary sale is live for the public until July 31st. Our favorite brands are on sale, including Free People, Dolce Vita, Spanx, Marc Fisher, and so many more! Many items won’t go on sale again, so this is the time to buy your fall staples like the ever-popular faux leather leggings, chunky oversized sweaters, and neutral boots.

If you only buy 1 thing from this sale, it has to be the Spanx faux leather legging. They are the most versatile item for fall and winter, and a true wardrobe workhorse. Dress them up, dress them down, wear them to dinner, or wear them to chase your kids around a park. Some people prefer to size up, especially if you are on the taller side with long legs. My second favorite item from this year’s Anniversary Sale are these Marc Fisher western booties. A classic pointed-toe black boot with a little western stitch detail on the side. The shaft is short enough to wear under jeans, and tall enough to pair with a fall dress of any length.
